ERP Implementation & Digital Modernization

The challenge: A multi-workstream ERP rollout spanning business analysis, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing and cutover — with business and technical stakeholders pulling in different directions.
What was done: Led end-to-end lifecycle delivery: project charters, WBS, risk registers and communication plans; formal stage-gate reporting for executives alongside Agile execution; tracked SPI, CPI and velocity across workstreams.
The outcome: Structured governance and transparent reporting across business and technical workstreams, with risks and dependencies actively managed through cutover planning.

2023 — 2024 · WITTENSTEIN High Integrity Systems

Safety-Critical Software Delivery

The challenge: Delivering RTOS software in a regulated environment — formal compliance demands on one side, iterative development reality on the other.
What was done: Ran a structured hybrid approach: Waterfall planning discipline for regulatory compliance, Agile execution for development workstreams — with stage-gate controls, formal sign-offs and structured change control.
The outcome: Disciplined, auditable delivery that satisfied regulatory expectations without stalling development momentum.

2016 — 2023 · Multi-sector delivery

Data, Platforms & Portfolio Leadership

The challenge: Commercial and government clients needing predictable delivery across data, analytics, transport software and enterprise portfolios.
What was done: Led data and analytics programs including fixed-price government contracts with formal milestone tracking (Kaiasm); delivered transport management software with hybrid delivery and executive dashboards (Youverify); managed a technology and process-improvement portfolio with EVM-based budget control (Heineken).
The outcome: Consistent delivery standards across sectors — and PMO-level process improvements that outlasted individual projects.

Joseph Jack, PMP, CSM

Founder & Principal Consultant

IP Delivery Group was established to give organizations experienced project leadership without unnecessary overhead. Joseph Jack is a Project Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience delivering technology, software, aerospace and transformation initiatives across complex stakeholder environments.

His experience spans Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, with particular strength in project governance, risk management, integrated scheduling, stakeholder coordination and delivery recovery — from safety-critical software programs to enterprise-wide modernization.
